Commercial Gutter Cleaning in St. Louis, MO

My friend gave me a call one day to inquire about having a commercial gutter cleaning for his Imo's Pizzeria franchise, located in St. Louis City. It was just one stretch of gutter on the very backside of the building. The main difference between commercial and residential services is having to do the work around hours of operation. Also, all commercial clients will want proof of insurance and your business license. This sometimes means doing the work either at night or first thing in the morning. Since this was a small job, I completed it first thing in the morning before they opened. I first removed all the debris from the gutters and put them in a 5-gallon bucket to not make a bigger mess than I needed to clean up. After, I flushed the whole gutter to ensure proper drainage. Finally, I flushed both downspouts to ensure there weren't any unknown clogs we couldn't see. Since this was in the city, the downspouts went underground, most likely connecting to the sewer, so it was important to ensure there weren't any clogs in the downspouts. This was a fun, small project I was able to help a good friend with. He is having me back once a year to keep it clean to prevent any possible damage to the gutter.
