First-Rate Gutter Guard Installation Completed in Maryland Heights, MO
I received a call from a customer in Maryland Heights-St. Louis area. They were in need of a solution to prevent their gutters from getting clogged. They recently bought their home and the first time they cleaned their gutters it was packed to the brim with gum balls and leaves. Not even 2 weeks later, it was completely clogged again and they knew there must be a better way. After their call, I went to their house to evaluate their property and proposed that the best solution was to install stainless steel micromesh gutter guards. This style of gutter guard will not only prevent the gutters from getting clogged but also allow the water to easily flow into the gutter. Other gutter guards on the market might prevent clogging but also will prevent the water from easily entering the gutter, and instead create a ramp for the water to run off your roof. The guards are installed as an extension of your roof and are mounted to the lip of the gutter, creating a permanent installation that won't warp, pop off, or ever break. Not only that, but it comes with a 40-year product warranty. After taking my measurements and looking for problem areas, I gave them a firm fair market price and they immediately accepted. Most big-name gutter guard installation companies will start at $40-$60/foot and use high-pressure sales tactics to try and make people bite. If that doesn't work, they will slowly lower their price until they talk you into it. I charge $8-$26/foot depending on numerous factors such as: how many stories, how many angles, roof pitch, and ease of accessibility. With our company, you will always get one honest price without any high-pressure gimmicks.
When I arrived to do the job, I first set up my ladders and equipment. I then cleaned all the debris from the gutters first, flushed the gutters out with low-pressure water, and cleared all the downspouts to ensure the whole gutter system was properly working. I tightened and secured any nails and screws that had begun to come loose. Once everything was properly cleaned, I began to install the gutter guards. After all the guards were installed, I took my after pictures and installed a strainer at the end of the downspout to prevent animals from crawling up the gutters.
Once the job was complete, I cleaned up any mess I made and showed the before/after pictures to my clients and they were beyond thrilled! They were so happy and satisfied, that they left me an awesome review on Google.

Client Review
My tree is massive and felt like it dropped a million and one helicopters which filled my gutters not once but twice. After the initial time of cleaning the gutters myself I knew I wouldn’t want to do this process multiple times a year to ensure my gutters were operating properly. I reached out to City Wide Softwash regarding gutter guards and after I got done talking to him and finding out they come with a 40 year warranty along with reading the informative email he sent I agreed to get them installed! City Wide Softwash did an incredible job on the gutters and even made sure he didn’t leave a whole mess behind from cleaning out the gutters. He is very communicative and considerate of others time and got the job done very quickly. Never once did I feel like I was being pressured to get them installed. He did an amazing job and I’m very happy that I got this done! Thank you so much again!
