House Washing and Gutter Cleaning in Fenton, MO

I did this project for my lawyer, who was preparing to host her halloween party at her house in Fenton. She wanted her house washed, specifically where a tall bush once was that had left a large amount of organic growth on her siding. Also, the fascia boards were needing the same soft wash cleaning treatment. I started the job by pre-wetting all the vegetation, grass, and trees. Then I followed up by applying my house wash mix to all of the dirty surfaces. I could see the algae and other organics start to die off rapidly. After leaving the cleaning solution to dwell and do its job, I then proceeded to rinse the entire house.

After seeing the tremendous results on her house, she also wanted me to brighten her gutters, as they had never been cleaned before. Upon inspecting the gutters, I noticed that they were full of leaves, and 2 of them were clogged. After letting my customer know, she wanted me to address that as well. I first cleaned the debris from all the gutters, flushed them, and then removed the clogs out from the downspouts. Upon cleaning the gutters out, I then rinsed the face of the gutters and followed up with applying my gutter brightening chemical. I then brushed the gutters and washed off all the dirt and residue. Once the job was finished, the house was shining bright and the gutters were flowing properly.
