Pressure Washing in Affton, MO
I was contracted to do this job by a customer in my area. He wanted all his concrete to be cleaned and his gutters to be brightened. His house has a 4 car driveway, a sidewalk, and a partially covered patio in his backyard. Upon inspecting the property, I found no previous damage or concerning spots that would impede the washing process. I started with doing all the gutters first. I pre-wet the gutters and all the vegetation surrounding the home. Working in 10 foot sections, I applied my gutter brightening solution, let it dwell for a minute, agitated with a brush, then rinsed away the grime with low pressure. This delivered tremendous results, giving the gutters that bright white finish they started with. After all the gutters were cleaned, I then proceeded to prep for the concrete cleaning. I hydrated all the grass and surrounding vegetation before applying my sodium hypochlorite cleaning solution. This is an important step that kills all the organic growth on the concrete, resulting in that bright clean finish. After I let the chemical dwell, I proceed to use my surface cleaner to clean all the concrete in sections. After each section I rinse the grime away to ensure it doesn't stick back to the clean concrete. Once I complete the job, I take my after pictures to show the client the results. This was a great job, close to home for us and the customer was beyond thrilled with the results.
